Terms of Service
Terms that govern your use of Binmek.

Welcome to Binmek. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please review them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Binmek mobile application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Binmek Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to consent to use of the service) to use Binmek. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian’s permission.
- You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service.
3. Use of the service and user conduct
Binmek is a project and task management app with team collaboration, site visits, and drawings. Use of the app after sign-in requires an active subscription. Project limits (e.g. maximum number of projects) depend on your subscription plan. You may be asked for contacts permission to add project members from your device contacts; this is optional and you can decline.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Misusing the service, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts, or interfering with the operation of the service.
- Attempting to bypass subscription limits or device restrictions (e.g. using Pro on more than 3 devices).
- Uploading malicious code or harassing other project members.
- Using the Service for fraudulent business activities.
- Using the service for any illegal purpose or to harm, harass, or abuse others.
- Uploading content that infringes others’ rights, is defamatory, or violates applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
4. Subscription and payments
Plans
We offer a “Base” plan with limited projects and a “Pro” plan with expanded features. Plan limits (e.g. maximum number of projects, device limits for Pro) are enforced in the app.
Billing
All payments are handled via Google Play Billing. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. Payment is processed by Google according to the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled by Google in line with their refund policy. We do not store your payment card details.
Cancellations
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings or in the app.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in the app (e.g. projects, tasks, comments, site visit remarks, drawing names and status, profile information). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide and operate the service (e.g. syncing across devices, showing content to other project members, sending notifications). You are responsible for your content and that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
6. Disclaimers
Binmek Labs provides the Service “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binmek Labs and its affiliates are not liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity, or any business interruptions, caused by your use or inability to use the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if no payment, one hundred dollars (100 USD) or equivalent). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination and restriction of access
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from within the app (with phone confirmation) or via our website.
Binmek Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, restrict your access to the Service, or delete your content (including projects, tasks, and images) at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; abuse of the platform or other users; or non-payment of subscription fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain some information as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g. for legal compliance).
9. Project locking
If your “Pro” subscription expires or is cancelled, Binmek Labs reserves the right to “lock” projects created during your Pro membership. Locked projects will remain visible but will be inaccessible until a valid subscription is restored.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g. in the app) where required by law.
11. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Binmek Labs regarding the Service. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
