Features

What the app does.

Based on the app’s current capabilities: projects with roles, tasks with assignees and images, site visits for managers, drawings with delivery requests, and in-app and push notifications.

Projects and team roles

Create projects with name, description, and optional due date. Add members by phone; roles are owner, admin, or member. Owner and admin can add or remove members; members can leave. Project count depends on your subscription plan.

Optional: add initial members from device contacts when creating a project.

Tasks with assignees and images

Create tasks with title, optional due date, optional “before” images, and an assignee (from project members). In-project members can only assign to themselves; owner and admin can assign to any member. Mark complete or incomplete; you can add “after” images when completing. Task detail includes comments; you can edit or delete tasks.

My Tasks tab shows your tasks; filter by project or “assigned to me.”

Site visits

Only project managers (owner or admin) can mark site visits. One visit per manager per project per day, with an optional remark. You can view history grouped by month. Other members can see who visited and how many times.

Access from Home → Site Visits, then choose project and manager.

Drawings and delivery requests

Per-project drawing lists: each drawing has a name and status (checked, needs revision, urgency). You can mark a drawing as “delivery requested”; the app records who requested and can notify project managers. You can turn your request off; the drawing stays “delivery requested” if others have also requested.

Home → Drawings → choose project (and optionally manager).

Notifications

In-app notification bell with unread count. List shows notifications (tasks created/assigned/completed, comments, member changes, site visit marked, drawing delivery requested). You can mark as read and tap to open the related screen. Push notifications (FCM) open the same flows via deep links.

Settings: toggles for task, comment, and member notifications.

Profile and settings

Profile: edit name and photo, view projects, ratings from other users, and delete account (with phone confirmation). Settings: theme (light/dark/system), notification toggles, links to Help, Privacy, and Terms, subscription management, and logout. Subscription is required to use the app; limits (e.g. max projects) depend on your plan.

Contacts permission is optional; used to add members from your contacts.

Workflow

How you use the app.

From login to daily use.

After login and subscription check, you may be asked for contacts permission (optional). Home gives shortcut cards to Create Project, Create Task, Drawings, and Site Visits.

Create a project.

Enter name, description, optional due date; optionally add members from contacts. Project count is limited by your plan.

Add tasks and assign.

Create tasks with title, optional due date, optional before images, and assignee. Owner/admin can assign to any member; members can only assign to themselves. Mark complete with optional after images; use comments on task detail.

Site visits and drawings.

As owner or admin, mark your site visit (one per day per project, optional remark). Use the drawings list per project and toggle “delivery requested” when you need a drawing; managers get notified.
